Cadillac Repair: cadilac deville want start, aftermarket radio, messeage

my question is, my car has an starting disabled messeage on the dic and want start and i have replaced the factory radio in the car.....please help me out

To put it simply, You have the aftermarket radio wired incorrectly.

The original radio had input and output voltage wires of 5 volts, 12 volts and 16 volts. You need to have a professional facility rewire it correctly before you damage the computers.
