Cadillac Repair: 86 Eldorado Voltage, electrical schematics, computer fault

I have an 86 Eldorado with a new battery and a new generator.  I had no issues for about 6 months, but not the computer says it is only putting out 8.5-9.5 volts and when the battery gets drained then the entire dashboard console goes out.  What are your thoughts?

Sounds like a possible wiring and or computer fault.
