Cadillac Repair: 83 cadillac deville getting error codes: 19, 39, 45, torque converter clutch, cadillac deville

Can someone tell me what these codes mean.

Answer
19 = shorted fuel pump circuit.

39 = Transmission torque Converter Clutch problem (no overdrive).

45 = The oxygen sensor is seeing a very RICH gas content in the exhaust system.

Are these codes appearing only ONCE at a time or THREE times before going to the next code ?.

Did you try and CLEAR (erase) these codes to see if they return ?.
