Cadillac Repair: Not blowing out air, blower fan, blower motor

Question
When I turn the fan to blow out hot or cool air nothing coming out my vent it just stop working.  Do you think it could be a fuse, if so where is the fuse located on a 96 Deville.

Is what your telling me is that the interior blower fan is NOT working, Correct ?.
