Cadillac Repair: 1989 seville electronic climate control problem, electronic climate control, climate control unit

QUESTION: I have an 89 seville that intermittently displays a "c" on the control module for the fuel and the electronic climate control, then there is a clicking sound in the relays under the dash on the passenger side and the normal temperature and fuel display is given for a few seconds?minutes and then the relay clicks and the "c" reappears in the ecc and fuel. Also the service engine soon light is on and the heater fan and radiator fans run constantly when the "c" is being displayed.  Any suggestions?

ANSWER: Replace the BCM (Body Control Module) computer.

QUESTION: where is the body control module located and should the electronic climate control unit as well as the electronic control module be replaced at the same timeit is replaced?
