Cadillac Repair: theft system problem, electrical schematics, faulty wiring

hi how are you, i bought my Cadillac devil 97 northstar 3 months ago, my problem started that the car want start in the morning, after view times trying it finally started, then after a while like one month ago it started overheating, we changed the waterpump radiator and hoses that was buckled now it is between 210 - 230. we also change the batterie. At some reason it started saying "theft system problem may car not restart" but it was starting until last week, it is cracking but it will not start, we tried to jump the car but still the same thing, know the question is what could be the problem? the key? the starter?

Your problemis with the PASS-KEY system as the PASS-KEY MODULE is not reading the correct amount of resistance that is supposed to be in the key which has the little micro chip on it.

Your problem could be:

1. Faulty ignition lock cylinder on steering column.

2. Faulty key.

3. faulty wiring.

4. faulty PASS-KEY MODULE
