Cadillac Repair: 1992 sedan deville, theft deterrent system, vacuum leaks

Question
I have a 92 deville and it stalls when stopping. It only happens when warm. It does not crank over in neutral either. Could that be neutral switch or is that how it is? Let me real quick tell you that I was a heavy equip diesel mechanic for 9 years so I have done all the obvious. I do have a scanner and I had a code for a EGR valve. I did replace EGR, I cleaned out EGR and IAC motor passages, throttle body, changed fuel filter, checked fuel pressure (in spec) there are no found vacuum leaks, and I did test EGR solenoid(voltage in spec). But here's something else,it only does it warm, and when fuel tank in down below 9 gal. I'm thinking about dropping the fuel tank to check things out but this is not a primary car and I'm getting sick of this thing nickle and diming me to death. Now just resently the parking lights came on and I can't shut them off. I removed the switch and dissconnected it from the wires and lights stayed on. I then pulled every fuse one at a time to see if there was a short to voltage but no luck. The lights do go out when I pull fuse 14 for park lights so there goes short to voltage idea right? Anything you can tell me about this is very much appreciated.

Answer
You need to replace the NEUTRAL STARTER SAFETY SWITCH mounted on top of the transmission just below the power brake booster.

As for the lights, You need to replace the TWILIGHT SENTINEL?DAYTIME RUNNING LAMPS MODULE or the THEFT DETERRENT CONTROLLER or the THEFT DETERRENT RELAY.

I need to know the vehicles VIN # as they made changes in mid-year production of this year vehicle.

I also need to know if you have the THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM which will be indicated on a big white sticker on the spare tire cover. See if you can find this designation on the sticker: UA6
