Cadillac Repair: 1990 cadillac seville, 1990 cadillac seville, twilight sentinel

Question
Car fast idle motor will speed engine speed up when coming to a stop. Once stop the engine will idle down.
Computer codes read as follows.
EO 85 current
B 120 current
B 121 current
RO 61 history

Answer
E085 means that the throttle body needs to be serviced.

B120 means twilight sentinel problem.

B121 means twilight sentinel enable problem.

R061 = circuit failure for the air bag system.

Has ANYONE replaced anything or adjusted anything on the vehicle within the last few weeks to cause these codes ?.
