Cadillac Repair: Dome Lights, cadillac seville sts, 1992 cadillac seville sts

I have a 1992 Cadillac Seville STS and the dome lights do not work when I get in the car. After I get out and hit the remote to lock the doors about 30 seconds to a minute the lights come  on and stay for about 30 seconds and then go off and within another minute they are back on and repeats this all the time the car is not being driven. This runs my battery down so I'm looking for suggestions, BCM?
