QUESTION: hey on my 94 eld the right rear turn and barke light doesnt work.i check bult used my meter to check volts i notice sometime it will work but most of the time it doesnt

ANSWER: Check the BLACK wire that goes to the socket for a good quality ground.

QUESTION: hello got good ground,useing my test light grounded with right blinker flashing theres no signal or volt from socket for brake/signal but tail lights works is there any relay if so where can i locate it at thanks

If it was a relay problem it would effect BOTH rear lamp assemblies. You most likely have a fault in the wiring harness from the lamp assembly to the first electrical connector.
