Cadillac Repair: 1999 Eldorado Rear Suspension, air shock, air ride

I had a severed hose to my rt rear air shock.  The hose was replaced and the car was level.  Several days later the rear of car looked very high and the shocks seemed to be fully inflated.  What are the major components in the system? The dealership that fixed the hose is now telling me that it is the leveling switch. ($900.00 to replace)  Just looking for suggestions or more info on the Cadillac air ride system.

The leveling switch is called a HEIGHT SENSOR and it IS adjustable. I would try and adjust it FIRST before buying a new one that will have to be adjusted.
