Cadillac Repair: 95 cadillac deville 4.9L radiator fan not working?, coolant temp, engine coolant

Hello,
How can I check if it is the radiator fan is bad or if it just a temp sensor that is bad. When the car warms up the fan does not kick on. The car has plenty of heat but this problem seems to have ruptured my aluminum/plastic crimped together radiator. I am going to replace the radiator but I need to know if I need to put a new fan motor or temp sensor? Your input is much appreciated. Also it needs the rear brake lines they are corroded and spraying fluid how involved is the repair? How many brake lines run to the back brakes?

Your fault could be the Engine Coolant Temp Sensor, a wiring problem or a computer problem. You will need several pictures with directives and this website, Which is not mine, Only allows ONE picture, You will have to e-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com
