Cadillac Repair: 1990 deville - E.0.1 E.9.6 & rear suspention, elce, word history

Question
1990 Deville 4 door  193k miles (bottom model offered)
have owned now for about 3 weeks.

error codes-
what do the error codes E.0.1 & E.9.6. refer to?

MPG computer-
The MPG computer is not reading accurately. Ive had it up to Av. 40 mpg (mostly hiwy), son has it around 20 mpg (mixed), but with a fill test at the station, actual is
15.86 mpg.  I figurd it would me more accurate, is this normal? do the codes above effect this, bossible things to look into?

With my son driving (240 lbs), my wife(<200 lbs)and I (240 lbs)were riding in the back seat, trunk empty, the rear suspention bottomed out a few times during our short trip accross town. I thought that was odd for a mostly empty load. (compaired to a trunk full of luggage and a family of 4 out on a trip).

would new shocks help or with that many mile could the springs be sprung or might there be somthing elce to look into?

thank you.

Answer
No such codes.

1. Ignition ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER (^) buttons on your climate control panel for 3 seconds and release them.

3. Codes will appear in the form of LETTERS & NUMBERS and the display will stop at PCM?

4. I need the codes and as the codes display the word HISTORY or CURRENT will display along with each code.

5. Turn ignition OFF.

The fuel data panel is not that accurate. It is more of a junk toy than anything else.

As for the suspension. You most likely have a fault of the HEIGHT SENSOR which is NOT making the air pump run to inflate the shocks as weight is put in the vehicle.
