Cadillac Repair: 93 Fleetwood ac and heat not blowing out any vents, blower motor, fleetwood

I just replaced the blower motor hoping this would fix the problem but it hasn't . I can feel the car get warmer and colder inside over time so I know that its heating and cooling just not blowing out. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

You have a problem with the AC/HEATER PROGRAMMER which needs to be tested , Fixed and or replaced. This will require several pictures with detailed instructions on testing and fixing or replacing and adjusting the new AC/HEATER PROGRAMMER.
