Front blower motor keeps running even after car is turned off. Checked all fuses to see if back feeding, all good. I am thinking HVAC power control module. Is there a way of checking it before I buy one? Thanks

You either have a fault of the HEATER/AC PROGRAMMER (ACP) or a POWER MODULE failure. What you need is several pictures that show you how to test the 2 components in order to determine which component is at fault.
