Cadillac Repair: Cadillac Deville 1999 wont start, volt ohm meter, cadillac deville

I have a 99 cadillac and it started just fine get to church and left key in car and wont start. Book say that it may be alarm system. Tried to wait to reset but still will not start! I hear fuel pump start but nothing. I was told when security is enable it will not start car. How do I reset the system? Can I take battery off and wait for a period of time for the engine to reset the security system?

Help let car parked at church parking lot!

Disconnecting the battery will do NOTHING.

You have a problem with the PASS-KEY system and it needs to be tested in order to determine what is at fault. it is a very simple procedure to do if you know how to use a volt/ohm meter.
