hi
1 cooling fan is barely turning  and the other 1 does not come on what do i need to do. and code 24 and 30 is coming up. what do i need 2 do

Code 24 is a faulty speed sensor circuit.

Code 30 is a faulty IDLE SPEED CONTROL MOTOR.

As to the cooling fan either the fan is faulty or the fan control module for both fans is faulty.
