Cadillac Repair: Cadillac Starting Problem, cadillac seville, key cylinder

Question
Hi...I have a 1997 Cadillac Seville STS with about 110K miles on it. I went to start it the other day but it won't crank. The security light is flashing. I tried my other set of keys...no luck. The lights, radio and dash lights work. Tried jumping it...no luck. Disconnected the battery over night...hooked it back up, tried starting it...no luck. Any suggestions? Starter? Security system problem?

Thanks buddy,

Joe C
