Cadillac Repair: Enigine replacement, professional facility, caddy

I recently purchased and 84' Fleetwood.  I was unaware of all the problems with the HT 4100.  My car is still running but I was wondering what other engine I could put into this car to avoid what seems like inevitable engine problems.  I don't care if its a caddy engine or another GM model as long as it performs better and doesn't completely break the bank.

Due to the computers that are in the engine, You CANNOT replace the 4100 with anything else BUT a 4100.

If you can purchase a rebuilt 4100 engine it will last you the lifetime of the vehicle PROVIDED the engine was rebuilt CORRECTLY by a professional facility.
