Cadillac Repair: batery?, security light, e mail

QUESTION: I have my a 91 deville.  The battery keeps going dead takes 2-3 days if not used.  The security light keeps flashing all the time. I do no when my mom had the car the alarm went off and a neighbor disconected the fuse for the horn and the radio. I do have the radio hooked up.
