Cadillac Repair: 90 DeVille Turn signals, turn signal flasher, turn signals

Turn signals not working.  Fuse ok, no turn indicator on dash when lever at left or right.  Hazards work fine. only one bulb out on left front inside, hard to get to to change. any suggestions would be appreciated

eplace the turn signal flasher which is on the backside of the dash panel right in front of your knees. It is difficult to see, But using a flashligh you will find it.

Once you unplug it, See if your hazards stikll work, If they DO, you found the turn signal flasher. If the hazards do NOT work you found the wrong flasher.
