Question
QUESTION: hi i have a 95 Cadillac eldorado my blower motor went out i got a new one then it stop working got a replacement it stop working to but i noddies when i leave it on it works but when i turn it off the next day it wont come on nobody can tell me whats wrong can you help me

ANSWER: Bradley,
Your car has a blower motor with an integrated speed control circuit. The Programmer in the passenger compartment tells the integrated blower speed module what to do. If you're having repeated blower failures, I'd look at the harness and connection. You may only THINK it's the blower but the wiring connection might really be the problem. The connector itself is actually a fairly common fail point. Make sure the pins in the connector are properly seated and making contact.

QUESTION: thats what i thought to  but i heard of something called comfort control could that be my problem if so where it is at and what dose it do

Answer
Bradley,
As I tried to point out, repeated symptoms that may or may not be repeated component failures point to either a mis-diagnosis (bad connection rather than a bad component), or a harness issue that could be causing a short that could be damaging the blower circuitry. That's where I would concentrate my investigation at this point.
