What could be the possible cause of both power windows not working on my 91 Cad Allante... & how do u get the door panel off...THANKS!

Most likely your problem is with the window electrical switches which do NOT require removal of the door panel to remove the switch panels on the doors.There are 2 small metal snap in clips located at the top and bottom of the switch panel. You insert a small screw driver between the plastic switch housing and the door panel material and push move the screw driver back and forth to release the lock clip. Once the switch panel is out, You need to test the electrical circuits for the inoperative window.
