QUESTION: two weeks ago in michigan the temp dropped to 3 degrees my 1993 cadillac deville wouldn't start they thawed it out and replaced spark plugs- today it's -1 degrees car won't start again would it be the spark plugs again how do i get it started can't afford mechanic

ANSWER: Your prolem was obviously NOT the spark plugs the first time.

Explain WON'T START.

Can your hear the engine turning over but the engine just won't run or do you hear NOTHING when you try and start the car ?.

QUESTION: 1993 cadillac deville- when i first try to start it, it runs for about 3 seconds then it dies out,like its out of gas but it has gas in it, then after that it turns over but it won't stay started it seems to be real cold even the ignition switch feels a little frozen

Have you tried adding some DRY GAS or similar product that breaks up water molecules and allows the water to pass thru the micro filter screen at the bottom of the fuel pump in the tank. You may have a water accumulation in the tank. It will take a few days and possibly more than one treatment of dry gas.
