Cadillac Repair: 99 seville driver side seat heater, side seat, electrical test

Question
The dealer replaced the lumbar support in the driver side seat a while ago. None of the heaters in the seat or back work now. The fuse located under the back seat is OK. All connections under the seat are secure. How can I take the seat apart to check the elements and wiring? I am mechanically inclined.

You will have to test the circuitry and the seat module for which you will need several electrical test procedures and pictures.
