My dashboard lights are out...I do not have an owners manuel to check the fuses...What fuse is for the dashboard lites

The term "dashboard lights" is very vague in today's cars. There are actually several separate systems that are all part of what might traditionally be called "dashboard lights".
Be that as it may, I'll assume that you are referring to the IP cluster itself. In that case, you want to check (2) fuses as follows:
The "IGN 1" 10Amp fuse located in the rear fuse block
The "IP" 10Amp fuse located in the under-hood fuse block.
