I have a 1999 Cadillac Deville...My battery not charging is on. It won't get a charge. I also had a new alternator put on it.

How long ago did you have the alternator changed? Is this current "No Charge" issue new since the alternator replacement, or did you have it replaced trying to fix this current issue? If the replacement alternator worked but now does not, you should go back to the shop that did the job. You should have a warranty. If you had the alternator changed and it was not the problem, you should still have a gripe with the shop that did it since they mis-diagnosed the problem. Fill me in a little better on the time-line of what's happened.
