Cadillac Repair: 95 Cadillac transmission, transmission filter, transmission oil

About a month ago I had the transmission flushed.  Now, at times when I first start the car up and put the car in drive it will not go into drive. Its getting gas, but not going anywhere.  Reverse is OK, but not any of the other gears

If you let the car warm up for 2 or 3 minutes, Do you still have the same problem ?.

This is usually caused by the transmission pump losing all the fluid from the pump back down into the transmission oil pan due to in some cases a CHEAP or restricted transmission filter.
