Cadillac Repair: 87 sedan deville steering column, steering wheel puller, auto shops

My steering column has a lot of movement up and down and side to side, it is a tilt and tele wheel.i've noticed this to be a common problem with these models in my search to find a solution,i have brought this issue to a few auto shops in my area d they all simply tell me to find the part online,but i feel like i have exhausted all my Internet resources looking.

i simply just need to find where i can purchase a new or used part, thanks to any help in advance

You do NOT need any PARTS. There are 3 screws inside the steering column that work themselves loose over time and all you need to do is tighten them.

You will need 2 special tools to remove certain components like a steering wheel puller and a lock plate remover/installer to access the 3 screws. If you are mechanically inclined you can rent these tools from any AUTOZONE parts store, Make SUURE that you tell them that you have a TILT & TELESCOPIC column.
