Cadillac Repair: 1989 Cadillac DeVille Error Codes, cadillac deville, climate control

I have two error codes on my 1989 Cadillac DeVille, E27 and E52.  Do I need to be concerned about these codes?  I just bought this car used and I am worried.  Am I going to have to sink a bunch of money into it?

The FIRST thing you need to do is CLEAR (erase) the codes via the climate control panel. Disconnecting the battery will NOT CLEAR the codes.

re-enter diagnostics and when you see .7.0  ,  Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and HI buttons until you see E.0.0 and release the buttons.

Turn OFF ignition and see if the codes return and if they do, see if they only display as E code or also as EE codes.
