Cadillac Repair: Cadillac Problems, shifting gears, electronic level

QUESTION: Hi, autohelp i have a 1995 cadillac concours and my car drove good.  It stop shifting gears and i was told to put a speed sensor on but it only shift two gears and want shift, but if you put the accelerator to the floor it grabs all gears i then changed the transmission fluid and filter and did the same thing, when it switch gears it's also kind of rough the first gear could you give me any advice of what the problem might be here are some of the codes if they may help.

PO36-HISTORY   I052-HISTORY
P052-HISTORY   NO ACP
P076-HISTORY   NO SIR
P086-CURRENT   TO72-HISTORY
P109-HISTORY   S038-CURRENT

ANSWER: The FIRST thing you need to do is CLEAR (erase) ALL the codes from the computers.

NOTE: disconnecting the battery will NOT erase the codes.

Once the codes are all erased see which codes return.

Answer
SO38 means that your electronic level control exhaust valve has a short to ground or has an open circuit.
