Cadillac Repair: error codes, abs light, climate control

QUESTION: hello i am having a problem with my 94 eldorado touring the traction disabled message is coming on and the abs light is starting to stay on and the brakes are pulsing i canned for the error codes and got
p023 history

what do all these mean i have a Chilton but cant find the codes anywhere i know the car has some problems when i bought it 6 months ago but for a 1000 dollars i couldn't pass it up can you help me figure these out so i can start fixing them

ANSWER: OK, The first thing you need to do is CLEAR (erase) ALL these codes from the computer and see which ones return and let me know.

NOTE: Disconnecting the battery will NOT CLEAR the codes, You must do it from the climate control panel.

Answer
PO23 = speed sensor problem.

PO25 = 24x reference signal is low.

SO30 = SPEED SUSPENSION SYSTEM Solenoid has a short to battery voltage or an open circuit.
