Cadillac Repair: keeps turning, cadillac deville, 1999 cadillac deville

It turns over but wont catch. At first we thought the fuel line was frozen I used 3 or more bottles of heet on 5 gallons of gas. So I add like 4 gallons of gas to that. wouldn't crank so we tuned it up and replaced spark plugs. The plug in read misfire in first cylinder. but all the pieces are sparking and receiving fuel. We don't think the bottom is getting fuel because that part is dry. but we cant figure out why? It is a 1999 Cadillac deville. We also sprayed Esther in and it attempted to crank but uncranked immediately.

Answer
Sounds like your not getting any ignition to the fuel injectors. Remove the 2 wire electrical wire from each fuel injector and put a test light on the wires in place of the injector and crank the car and see if the test liht flashes ON and OFF. Do this with every injector and tell me what you get.
