Cadillac Repair: 1991 cadilac Deville no start, weather pack, cam sensor

1991  with 4.9 giving an E12 code, no fuel pump when key is turned on and no spark when try to start.
code E12 is no distributor single so I changed the ignition module and still the same.

You "may" have more than one problem. Are you getting the 2-second pump prime? If so, but no fuel pressure while cranking along with no ignition, I'd start by checking the distributor. Check the Weather-Pack connector. Are you getting reference pulses from the pick-up coil? Are you getting cam sensor signal? These are the items to look at first. After that, you're off to the PCM to verify that these signals are getting to it. Also check the grounds involved, both PCM and distributor (engine).
