Cadillac Repair: 86 cadillac fleetwood fwd, cadillac fleetwood, radiator cap

Question
i have a couple of questions...

1- my brake light came on so i replaced pads, and the light went off for awhile but came back. it goes off when the turning to the right or sometimes when applying the brakes, but always comes back on. what would cause this? also my brake pedal seems to go down quite far...

2- ive noticed that my rad runs low on coolant, it seems that it goes into the overflow but it doesnt go back into the radiator when coolin down what might cause this

Answer
Did you replace the FRONT or rear brake pads ?. Usually the sensor wires get pinched or the insulation is rubbed thru or the sensor is faulty. Check the connection of the 2 wire connector at the wheels where you replaced the brake pads. For test pictures and procedures, E-mail: onlineautohelp@msn.com

As to the radiator. Make sure that the radiator cap is working correctly and or simply replace it. As long as the overflow jug does not totally overflow, I would not be to concerned about it.
