Cadillac Repair: 1991 de ville, fuel gauge, climate control

the power for the climate control and fuel gauge was flickering on/off foe couple of days then stopped working at all.  i have no heat or defrost or blower power. i checked all fuses none were blown, don't know if there is a relay.  some one advised to switch the climate control module which i did with a working one, no good.  cant drive without heat/defrost or not knowing how much fuel left.   can you point me in the right direction  thanks

Could be a climate control panel problem or a fuel display problem or a computer fayult.

You will need pictures and extensive directives to resolve and test your problem.
