Cadillac Repair: 1981 Eldorado TPS/ISC adjustment procedures, e mail address, eldorado

Question
Hello, I have a 1981 Eldorado with the 6.0liter engine. I have replaced the TPS(I had the throttle bodys bushings replaced) and the ISC and now they are out of whack. What is the proper procedure to adjust them? I was told that they go hand in hand. The ISC motor will not operate extend or retract and therefore the car idles very low when cold and when hot it idles poorly. The TPS I am told plays a important role in that. Also how many threads should show on the new ISC as a baseline?
Thanks for your help!

Answer
The procedure is fairly easy to do. Unfortunately it would take me 2 hours to try and explain it in words when a picture is your best option and I have yet to figure out how to type a picture.

There was a guy who was thrown off this website who was providing pictures and continous support to help you fix your vehicle for a small fee, For e-mailing you pictures to your e-mail address of which All Experts does not have the ability to receive pictures and they said that it was against their policy to e-mail pictures to you at your e-mail address. I guess we are supposed to write a picture into words. You can try him at: autorepaironline@msn.com
