Cadillac Repair: 1996 eldorado etc 4.6l, powertrain control module, rain sensor

hi i have a 96 eldorado etc with trouble codes ip2511 current tc 0073 current and pc 1644 hist

also my rain sensing wipers dont sense rain anymore and my radio and climate controls do not work on the steering wheel anymore plus if i dont shut the radio when i shut the car the next time i get in it and dtart it the radio blast itself and has to be shut off and turned back on y is this
pleas help

As to the rain sensor either the sensor module on the winshield is faulty or the wiper switch on the steering wheel is faulty. Tests will have to be performed.

As to the radio and climate control problems the buttons on the steering wheel are sticking and or faulty and will need to be tested.

IP2511 = Steering wheel controls convenience key stuck. The Volume UP control button on the steering wheel is stuck or sticking .

TC0073 = PCM (computer) to TCS (computer) interface fault. A problem exists between the Electronic Brake and Traction Control Module and the Powertrain Control Module.

PC1644 = ODM #A Output 4 (delivered Torque) failed.A problem exists between the Electronic Brake and Traction Control Module and the Powertrain Control Module which will cause the vehicle to start out in second gear.
