Cadillac Repair: 4.9 liter, spark plugs, throttle body

At an idle car idles smooth but when you accelerate it will pop up thru the throttle body, it has all new wires, and complete tune-up

What YEAR and MODEL ?.

Did you replace all the spark plugs ?. There are people who do not change some or one of the spark plugs in the backside of the engine because they are to hard to get to. I would make SURE that they were replaced or one could have been damaged when it was installed.
