Cadillac Repair: radiator overflow, cadillac seville sls, cadillac seville

Question
i have a 1995 Cadillac Seville sls and the radiator overflow hose isn't connected
to any overflow tank, is it supposed to be? and at what temperature should i be
worried about it overheating? i run my heat and it keeps the coolant temperature
low, but when im idling at a red light or so, the temp will rise to around 212. on
the highway it runs about 199-204. i don't know what temp should concern
me, should i be running the heat?

Answer
Normal engine temp is 230 degrees. Your FiNE. You Do NOT need to run the heat.

The overflow hose that attaches to the top of the radiator at the radiator cap attaches to the overflow jug, Most likely at the BOTTOM of the jug where you can't see it.
