AnswerIR1740 = IRC configuration error.
TC0027 = Left front wheel speed continuity fault.
TC0073 = PCM - TCS interface fault.
When these codes appeared on the display did it say CURRENT or HISTORY as each code displayed ?.
Did you possibly replace the radio and or the speakers in this vehicle ?.
As to the blower motor, Check the RED wire at the blower motor for battery voltage and the BLACK wire for having a good ground.
If you have battery voltage and a good ground then the old blower motor damaged the AC/Heater programmer (ACM) that must be replced.
