how do i reset the computer to turn on car

Hi David,

     Resetting the computer won't help with this problem. You either need to replace the ignition lock cylinder and keys or measure the key resistor pellet with an ohmmeter and buy a resistor and wire it in to the 2 wires at the base of the steering column. We have covered this in allot of past posts so if you read back through them you can either do the work yourself or get the engine started or have the vehicle towed to your mechanic. To bad you didn't say what you have so I could better assist you.

     Just a word of caution...do not cut or disconnect any wires that go to a yellow connector or the airbags could inflate. Bill
