Cadillac Repair: 1988 Cad Allante battery slow drain seem to be CPSC, 1988 cadillac allante, cadillac allante

I have a 1988 Cadillac Allante. Battery drains when sitting. All normal units  example battery,alternator seem to be OK. Checked draw on battery with car off no power on.
draw is .89 amps. Removed one fuse at a time. remains the same until I remove fuse #8 drops to .12 amps. This fuse is listed as Central power supply Circuit. Would the unit be bad or wiring or some other componet. How can I check. No codes in the system except battery was dead. Did full battery charge and will pull fuse tonight and let car sit for a day or two and see if it starts when fuse in put back in place. May not be related but car seem to run better when battery has full charge.

Hi Chuck,

      Can't see anything that would keep the system awake. Quite passable the CPS is bad but I would redo the draw test especially the 30 minute wait for everything to power down. Bill
