Cadillac Repair: 1995 4.6 engine, fuel pressure gage, fuel pressure regulator

Motor stalls while driving ,seem's like it runs out of gas (has full tank though) . Already changed fuel pressure regulator diaphram was bad. Ran good for one year, now it is doing the same thing again...I changed the fuel filter , fuel pressure is 36lbs.( I can watch the fuel pressure gage while running, go from 36lbs to 0 then stalls) Can't see anything wrong, I don't know why it is having this problem. Fuel relay was also changed, I can hear  the fuel pump running

If you jumper the fuel pump relay which will cause the fuel pump to run all the time, see what the pressure does. If the pressure drops OFF and the fuel pump starts sounding different and or stops replace the fuel pmp.
