Cadillac Repair: 1995 Sedan Deville runs hot, head gasket problem, caddi

My 1995 Caddi started running hot after i left the vehicle run idle for about 20 minutes this past winter (below 0).  When I returned to vehicle, the engine was so overheated that the antifreeze overflowed to the ground.  Prior to this, my a/c was not working.  
Now I let the vehicle idle for 10 minutes and it does not overheat; but when I drive it about 1 mile, the antifreeze overflows in the recovery container? and eventually goes back to the radiator. Any ideas about problem will be appreciated.

There is a FULL line on the side of your recovery container. Empty it out any only fill it to the FULL LINE.

If it keeps filling up and running out of the overflow jug AFTER you fixed it per above, You may have a thermostat or a head gasket problem.
