Cadillac Repair: 1993 Cadillac Deville, amp fuse, electrical harnesses

Question
The blower motor on my 1993 Deville stays on (high speed) after the ignition is shut-off.  I had to pull the maxi 20 amp fuse under the hood to turn it off. My Haynes manual refers to a blower control module which I can't locate and I also notice in the electical schematics there is also a blower relay.  Are these two both the same?? Can you tell me the locations of both.

The POWER MODULE is your most likely suspect and is located just above the blower motor and towards the passengers fender. It has 2 electrical connectors and a large BLACK GROUND wire that is seperate from the 2 electrical harnesses. If you want a picture location, E-mail me at: onlineautohelp@msn.com
