Cadillac Repair: Fuel pump, cadillac deville, car wont start

I have a 1989 Cadillac Deville. The car started I reversed it and set to drive. Car turned off and I had to push it. Now it wont start. Also was low on gas. Put gas on my car now my car wont start. Now I need to know where the reset button is at. I'm think or hope its the reset button.

there is NO reset button.

What do you NOT have ?. Fuel to the injectors or no spark to the spark plugs ?.

When you turn the ignition key to the ON position only without trying to start the car can you hear the fuel pump in the gas tank run for 2 seconds and then STOP ?.
