Cadillac Repair: Coolant leak, seville sts, coolant leak

I have a 1998 Seville STS (110,000 miles).  There is something leaking rather fast behind my right front tire under the car.  I put my finger in it and it smelled like coolant.  It didn't have any particular color though.  I looked in the surge tank and it's supposed to be coolant in there when the engine is cold.  When  I checked this morning there was no coolant in there.  The car runs fine, I see no smoke, no weird sounds, no smell in the car.  I got the low coolant message on the dash.   No check engine light.  Please advise as to what could be causing the leak.  I never had this problem before.

The overflow plastic jug is most likely leaking and or the hose is leaking. Take it off and look.

There is al;so the condensation drain for the AC tube that will drip WATER on the ground. If it is WATER it is NORMAL. If it is engine coolant check the over flow jug.
