Cadillac Repair: A/C, ac hoses, subaru impreza

Question
I don't know if you can help me but you have in the past. I have an 93 Subaru Impreza and the A/C doesn't blow cold like it used to. I can turn it on and the air will blow a little cold but not as cold as it used to be. I checked the freon level, the compressor, and the fuse for the A/C and they are all good. I also noticed that when the A/C is turned on the compressor runs constantly instead of cycling on and off. Any help would be greatly appreciated even though you don't specialize in Subaru's.

Answer
Check for leaks. When the compressor runs constantly and the AC hoses do NOT ice up, This is usually a sign of low freon and or excessive air in the system.

I would remove all the old freon , Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and recharge the system with freon.
