Cadillac Repair: 95 Cadillac Deville electrical problem., fuse block, windows radio

Question
Is there a specific fuse or fusible link that controls the electric windows, radio, lights, a/c etc? I rolled down the drivers window, heard a popping sound, and the items listed above no longer works. The car still starts and runs, and everything else seems to work ok.  Please help.

The windows run off a circuit breaker located in the Right hand side maxi fuse block in the engine compartment as are most of the fuses. If checking the fuses WITHOUT physically removing them, Use a VOLT METER and check both side of the fuse for equal battery voltage as a test light can give you a false positive.
